It is important to take good care of your skin if you want to look your gurlie best.  Summer Skin Care for Sissies and Crossdressers discusses the importance of skin care and tells you how you can take good care of your feminine skin.  One of the things that is important to keep skin soft and supple, is exfoliation.

Body scrubs are a great way to exfoliate and they’re also inexpensive if you make them yourself with these easy all-natural homemade body scrub recipes.  Sissies and crossdresssers– you asked for it and we delivered.

Here are some terrific, easy to make body scrubs, that will leave your skin smooth, soft, and feminine.  To use any of these body scrubs, make sure your skin is nice and wet and then massage small amounts into your skin using a circular motion until the entire body is covered, then rinse.

1. Vanilla Latte Body Scrub Coffee body scrubs have been proven to tighten skin and minimize cellulite.  This all-natural DIY body scrub is easy to make and smells just like a vanilla latte.

1/2 cup finely ground coffee
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp castor oil (olive oil works too)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a medium-sized bowl, mix coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract.  Add the oils and stir with a fork until well-mixed and ready to use.

2. Soothing Cinnamon Vanilla Oatmeal Body Scrub – Because it contains oatmeal, this nourishing body scrub is good for extra-dry skin or scaly, itchy, irritated skin.

1/2 cup oats (not the quick-cooking or instant kind)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pulse oats in a food processor or blender until the texture is coarse and sugar-like.
Melt coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients together until it is ready to use.

3. Nourishing Milk and Honey Body Scrub – Milk and honey work together in this body scrub to give extra nourishment to the skin.

2/3 cup course sea salt
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp whole milk
2 tsp olive oil

Mix salt and honey together with a fork until well-mixed.  Add milk, honey, and olive oil and mix well.

4. Invigorating Mint Chocolate Body Scrub – This body scrub not only smells (and tastes) good, but the mint is invigorating and rejuvenating.  Perfect to help wake you up in the morning or to gently sooth achy muscles.  Peppermint essential oil, because of its rejuvenating properties, works best in this recipe but peppermint extract will also work.

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp almond oil (olive oil will work too, but it will not smell as mint-chocolatey)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
8 drops peppermint essential oil OR 1 tsp peppermint extract

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa powder.
Add almond oil, peppermint essential oil OR peppermint extract and mix until well combined.

5. Tropical Coconut Lime Body Scrub – This uplifting body scrub is a mini tropical vacation!

1/2 cup course sea salt
2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
grated zest from one lime
4 drops lime essential oil or lime extract (optional but it boosts the “tropical” feel)

Stir sea salt and coconut oil together in a bowl.  Add shredded coconut and lime zest, mixing well.  Add lime essential oil or lime extract until thoroughly combined.

6. Firming Banana Almond Body Scrub – Bananas contain a compound that helps firm and tighten the skin. Combined with the sugar in this body scrub to exfoliate as it firms and tightens.

2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp almond oil (olive oil works but doesn’t smell quite as nice)
1 tsp almond extract (optional)

Mash bananas completely.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

7. Refreshing Citrus Body Scrub – Citrus is energizing and refreshing and works together with salt in this body scrub to exfoliate the skin and uplift the spirits.

1/2 cup coarse sea salt
1/4 cup almond oil (or other light cooking oil)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 tsp orange zest
3 drops lemon essential oil (optional)
3 drops orange essential oil (optional)

Mix salt, lemon zest, and orange zest together in a bowl. Stir in almond oil until well-mixed.  Add lemon and orange essential oils (if using) and stir until mixed.

8. Salted Brown Sugar Body Scrub –  This super simple 3 ingredient body scrub is even more effective if used while listening to the Stones (just kidding about the Stones part, but why not?)

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup coarse sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Combine sugar and salt in a bowl.
Stir in olive oil until well-blended.

There you have it… EIGHT all-natural, super-easy DIY body scrubs for cross dressers and sissies that will leave your skin soft, smooth, and feminine without breaking the budget!
